BU has to get a winning streak started! ...and a few more thoughts..
Go BU -- gotta start a winning streak today at UNI!!
Here's an older article about Sean Harris for those who have not seen it...

The Valley getting a little national pub....the front page of YahooSports has a story on the Shockers..

Tennessee loses again -- this time with Bruce Pearl back at the hotel room under suspension!
UAB wins a 3-OT game vs. UTEP, 100-97. 55 minutes and still Beas Hamga didn't even see the floor.
More details emerge on the shooter in Arizona, Jared Lee Loughner.
He was a loner, he was an angry young man who felt he had been disenfranchised.
His rants clearly show he thought he was better and smarter than most other people who he detailed as illiterate, and he described seeing things and understanding current events better than other people did.
I wonder why nobody else has compared or connected this guy with the guy (Clay Duke) in Florida who shot up the school board meeting.

Both were unhinged, loners, who felt it was their responsibility to take it out on the oppressive government that had not given him enough of what he wanted.
Both had guns and as of yet nobody has reported where they got those guns from, and
...probably the biggest similarity -- both went to public places to gun down public officials after ranting on the internet about their rage and hatred.
Both were classic internet bullies...the kind of wimpy, cowardly people who only have guts if they can be anonymous and not have to take responsibility for what they say!
This guy Loughner apparently also had some bone to pick with the government officials, he had made previous threats, and in one of his YouTube videos shows a man burning a flag.....the exact same kind of anti-government, anti-American sentiment the Florida shooter expressed with his V-for-vendetta rantings.
Both believed the government was oppressive and trying to control its subjects ("brainwash" - in Loughner's words).
Loughner listed his favorite books and included both Mein Kampf and The Communist Manifesto. Hmmm...why would any American list the Communist Manifesto?? And listing Mein Kampf clearly suggests an anti-semitic bent - and Congresswoman Giffords was Jewish!
Sadly -- as the questions are only partially answered, some of the nation's media are already making things up to cash in on a political agenda.
What total nonsense to try to blame Sarah Palin for a wacko who burns the flag, smokes pot, is described as a far out radical, and whose only close acquaintances describe the guy as a "radical liberal", who called for revolution and for the people to be freed from government tyranny.
