The single most astounding and prophetic prediction I have ever seen!!

Yup -- I am going to proclaim this one comment as the most prophetic prediction I have ever seen...and it is a "correct prediction" coming from the man who is now the most powerful man on earth, although his accuracy comes with an asterisk...

Here it is...on April 3, 2006, (future President) Barack Obama gave a speech about global warming and the dependence on foreign oil...

He said this...and this quote comes directly from the President's own web site documenting his speeches...

"..a very interesting story about some of the effects we're already seeing from global warming..
For decades, we've been warned by legions of scientists and mountains of evidence that this was coming..
And yet, for decades, far too many have ignored the warnings...
..But ..we're seeing that climate change is about more than a few unseasonably mild winters or hot summers. It's about the chain of natural catastrophes and devastating weather patterns that....

GLOBAL WARMING IS BEGINNING TO SET OFF AROUND THE WORLD - THE FREQUENCY AND INTENSITY OF WHICH ARE BREAKING RECORDS THOUSANDS OF YEARS OLD."

(emphasis mine)

So President Obama is saying that we will be seeing weather patterns that are breaking records that are thousands of years old!!!
Has anybody noticed he was right -- just check what's going on all around the world...

He was REMARKABLY right.....but incredibly he was right in the exact opposite way in which he had intended.
He was clearly trying to claim we'd be seeing hot weather that would be breaking records thousands of years old....

BUT -- instead what we are now seeing are COLD weather records being broken that are a thousand years old!!

Of course in 2006, the only data and scientific information he had to base his conclusions on was horribly corrupt, falsified, and just flat out WRONG - and now we know this all for a fact...
but I still find this as perhaps one of the most ironically accurate predictions in the history of mankind....a prediction that was so incredibly WRONG that in fact it was actually right in the precise way he worded it!

Check it out...click these links.....

"The Coldest Winter in 1,000 Years"

"The Coldest Winter in a Thousand Years"

"Europe is Expected to Have the Worst Winter in the Last 1000 Years"

"UK Winter may be coldest in 1000 years"

"Meteorologists Forecast Coldest Winter in Russia in 1000 Years!"

And even this...some of Australia's cool and rainy weather is thought to be the worst in 1000 years, and that Antarctic ice is getting thicker and may reach levels never before seen!!
http://wattsupwiththat.com/2009/04/17/revealed-antarctic-ice-growing-not-shrinking/

BTW -- one last thought...excavation of sites in Greenland and Nova Scotia show that in the time of the Vikings, the weather clearly and undeniably was warmer than it has ever been in our last several centuries...
The encampments found show that crops were being grown that would have required long growing seasons on very warm temperatures...even in far north sites of upper Canada and Greenland!!!
AND YET -- history tells us that the era from 1000AD to 1500AD (ending with the "Little Ice Age in the 16th thru 19th centuries) - when those temperatures in the 11th thru 16th centuries were QUITE WARM led to one of the greatest times of social and anthropological improvements in all of MANKIND'S history -- the entire world was explored, and settled, and tremendous new discoveries spanning biology, geography, and other sciences were made....from to Isaac Newton, Kepler, Galileo, Columbus, Da Vinci, Joan of Arc, even Ghengis Khan...

This period of unparalleled warm weather -- which would have been called a catastrophic period of global warming had the warmers been around back then, actually turned out to be very good for our earth -- not bad!!

Lastly -- remember this one...?
"An IPCC panel in 2007 predicted warmer temperatures could raise sea levels by 30 to 50 inches this century, which could flood low-lying areas and force millions to flee."

So sea levels are suposed to rise by as much as 50 inches???
FIFTY INCHES??? That's 1/2 inch per year...and yet in the past 20 years of supposed "global warming" we have seen a sea level rise of less than half an inch.....
or the real rate at its max is only one fortieth of an inch per year...
Whoa -- you gotta wonder just how wrong an expert can get and yet still be taken seriously by the ignorany media!!

recall, those who refuted "manmade global warming" said plainly the warming and cooling cycles were due to sun activity, and they were, as we see now, 100% correct -- as they were the ones who predicted we'd shortly be seeing these record cold patterns...

So just who are the BEST scientists to believe -- those who caused panic with inaccurate predictions and horribly wrong data, or those who were 100% correct with accurate data and predictions?
You decide.

Nominated for 2nd best prediction is this article from LAST SEASON by a writer at ISU about the ISU team and what to expect in the future..
I know Bradley is doing just as bad as ISU but Bradley is dealing with gobs of injuries and player losses...while ISU is at full strength.......

Yet last year this ISU writer hit it right on the head...

He accurately noted that three years of Jank using the prior coach's players against a woefully weak schecdule, and yet not getting past a game in the NIT was HORRIBLE!!!
It left a very bad taste in the writer's mouth and he was very worried about this coming year...
Then he accurately predicted ISU would be BAD this season...
"Sure, there’s a hungry, young cast ready to do MVC damage next year, but there will be no Eldridge, a three-time All-Valley first teamer. There will be no Dinma Odiakosa, the Valley Player of the Year runner-up. There will be no sacrifice-everything Lloyd Phillips. The Redbirds have graduated some talented players over the years, but this time, there’s no “maybe next year” feeling."
