Some thoughts on journalistic accuracy...

Now a thought on journalistic integrity..

Why do "news sources" claim to be so unbiased and fair and yet it is clear they have an agenda. You can certainly see it in the way the Anthony Weiner case was reported. Some news sources told us what was happening and even showed us the tweets and pics. Other sources simply won't report on it or if they do they downplay it and say it is a trivial issue -- or worse, spend their entire shows trying to argue that other (Republican) scandals were worse. Seriously??

But here's yet another example of the biased press actually lying and reporting crap that simply isn't true.

The New York Times keeps reporting that we are in the middle of a massive drought.

They and their global-warming-buddies have been pushing this crap for years -- recall the phony story about how the sea water levels were rising so much in Norfolk, VA as a supposed result of the polar ice caps melting? Never mind that the water levels weren't rising anywhere else on the coast...then the whole story was debunked days later and the writer completely changed her story but still never admitted she was completely wrong...

But this author must be Rip Van Winkle -- and he must be totally oblivious to what's happened the past 5-6 years...
All across the nation there have been heavy rainfalls and snowfalls. The upper midwest including all the rivers feeding into the Mississippi have flooded almost every year. And all time record snowfalls have occurred all thru the Rockies and the 10-20 losses of water in Lake Mead have been 30-40% restored in just one or two years!

Ground water levels are at the highest level since the late 1970's before people were even thinking global warming ..

The real truth is that there are severe concerns about flood just about everywhere...and not just in the US..in Europe and Australia as well......
..and even worse -- all the LOUD MOUTHS spewing their global warming and drought propaganda have led to many states and nations spending their millions to prepare for drought then getting caught UNPREPARED for the heavy rains and floods!

Again -- the LACK of preparation for the floods was because the warming people got their way!!! They are partially responsible for some of the losses as governments buckled to their pressure and prepared for drought while not preparing for floods!

I am sure there's good people out there in journalism -- but the sheer number of fraudulent and phony stories that are seen make it hard to trust anyone in the media.....

How can we forget Dan Rather - and how he literally destroyed his own career and legacy with his burning lust to smear George Bush with an OBVIOUS and totally debunked phony story...

Wow -- is that the strongest and most unreasonable bias you have ever seen?? The guy was willing to stand by a totally phony and debunked story even if he admitted all his facts and evidence were counterfeit!
Not coincidentally -- Dan Rather went from being one of the most trusted newspeople to overnight being one of the least trusted as legions of people saw how biased he was and how driven he was to use phony facts to create his own agenda-driven story!

If you recall the incident - CBS's then-anchor Dan Rather relied on phony documents in his hit piece on President George W. Bush right before the 2004 elections in an effort to sway the election results. Rather refused to admit his wrongdoing even after CBS fired him for his gross negligence. New York Times reporter Jason Blair's fabricated stories brought down Times management. Janet Cooke wrote bogus stories for The Washington Post. USA Today gave us screaming -- and quite false -- front-page stories accusing racists of targeting and burning black churches.
