Chapter closed..plus some recruit news

As some of you already know via the private twitter news -- fired BU coach Jim Les has sold and closed on his home in Dunlap and is moving -- and has already bought a nice home in California. As some know, you can check certain real estate sites that track all the details that are matter of public record, and other figures that are known because they are advertised...and it is pretty apparent that the Les' came out of this pretty well. They virtually tripled their investment in 9 years -- getting a full THREE times their original purchase price for the home that they paid in August of 2002.
I guess this puts to rest the fears that the lousy housing economy would hurt the sale of their home....so that's good news.

Kids on unofficial visits are showing up for open gyms almost every day...

BTW -- did you see this -- the NCAA is cracking down and making unannounced visits to college basketball camps just to try to catch and nail violations -- it'll be interesting to see which schools, if any, get caught...

I would be totally shocked if one of the big boys get nailed, like Kansas or Kentucky who routinely skirt the rules by hiring top recruits' AAU coaches (Kansas brings in Anthony Longstreet to land Sherron Collins and funnel money their way) and relatives (like hiring recruits' moms at UK).

BU recruit Tanner Williams from Orion now has a scout.com page --
Playing at a small school will hurt his recruiting like it did for kids like Brady & Jordan Zimmer, Sean Johnson, and Aaron Zobrist...

Scout.com and rivals now show Nate Taphorn's Bradley offer -
