Another Geno Ford topic and another pretty funny example of really bad "journalism"

Here's something I found funny -- not because it is in any way accurate -- but because it shows how absolutely dopey and ignorant some people can be, yet claim to be experts in what they're saying.

This link will take you to a blog entry written by a guy from Kent State. This guy is a journalism major and a guy who writes for the campus daily newspaper, and he also has numerous other entries on other topics on this blog ....
But, he must be sports minded since the only entry he has this month in this blog yields his opinion about Geno Ford and about Ford's departure to go to Bradley.
http://is.gd/96XzRK

Anyway -- he really unloads on Geno and has some pretty unpleasant things to say - most notable of which is to call Ford greedy and "a moron".

But I have to call this guy out on this ridiculous and selfish opinion.
This is similar to the bozos who unloaded on Sammy Maniscalco when he transferred to Illinois and tried to blame him for all their woes. This is bush, lazy, wrong, and stupid.

Instead of this guy bitching like he's some little victim who's been wronged, maybe he should be thankful that Geno Ford gave him and his Kent State people a couple of fine years.
And just maybe he should get on the a** of his own administration and Athletic Director -- who were unwilling to give Geno the time of day and unwilling to pay him what he deserved!

Geno Ford didn't do anything at all that this guy and most of us wouldn't have done as well -- for the betterment of his family and his own career.
Again -- if they wanted Geno so much then how come Kent State had such horrific attendance....barely drawing a couple thousand fans, given that their school has an enrollment of over 41,000 students!!!!

Maybe this "journalism" expert should delve into how a fine coach like Geno Ford could win well over 20 games, win championships, and help Kent State to a couple of their best seasons ever, and yet most of the lame brains on campus don't even know who he is, never attend a basketball games, and their administration, and especially their AD spent all their time trying to boost up a failing football program and ignored completely all the accomplishments of Geno.
They didn't give Geno his due and treated him poorly.

But then, if this guy is a journalism major -- he'll fit right in...clueless, ungrateful, and always finding something to criticize and blame someone for. In fact, I know where he'd develop a modest following of bitter fans who are always looking for something negative in the headline story -- except they're laying off and not hiring any more.... ;)
