Interesting discussion on the Saluki board - a debate about a falling out between Chris Lowery and previous assistant Rodney Watson, now at Southern Indiana.
The other side of the argument was that Watson had a falling out with the AD there at SIU.

Still can't find any report of the St. Louis All Star game that Walter Lemon played in last night...odd how several newspapers wrote about the All Star game in advance and listed rosters, but nobody breathed a word about the results!
There should be a report by tomorrow on the Ramey site...

Interesting article about Tim Jankovich, OE, several topics & and his scheduling...

the response by the ISU fans is this...with all Jankovich's D-I contacts, how come he can't schedule any better than 340th best in Division-I??
Here are some comments cut and pasted from the ISU fans on their board...
"It didn't work last season when we got Grambling State on the schedule"
"Jank sounds like a complete pushover with no ability whatsoever to schedule. ..He sounds like a complete defeatist who would rather make excuses than try harder to get a good schedule. He acts as if it is impossible to get decent teams on the schedule, and maybe for him, it is. He is a top of the line recruiter who can't schedule worth a crap."
Another problem at Oklahoma...
now one of their players arrested...but funny how these were outstanding warrants...and the arrests wait until the season is over???
Interesting.......
recall, Warren was linked to the cash payoffs some of the Oklahoma players were reportedly getting...

Call this the yearly John Calipari effect....just when all of Cal's top players bolt for the NBA - he will pry other really top players away from their previous commitments, and of course given the opportunity, they'd rather play at Kentucky since the media fawns all over them...
It happened with Enes Kanter - who suddenly dropped his verbal to Washington, and now commits to Kentucky,
and now it's happening again as Austin Rivers renegs his commitment to Florida and is now looking at Kentucky...
