Max Bielfeldt, and more, including some warmer-debunking...

One of the premium sites has a nice new article on Max Bielfeldt -- and even though it does not list Bradley, I am convinced BU is still in there......

The Fighting Illini ...coach Bruce Weber has offered preferred walk-on status to Peoria power forward Max Bielfeldt.
Max Bielfeldt is a 6’-6” post man who has put up prolific numbers at Peoria Notre Dame High School. He has offers from many mid-major schools but is considering taking an alternative option to play for Illinois.
Rumblings have been going on for awhile about whether there was interest in bringing “Mad Max” into Illinois as a preferred walk-on and whether he would consider such an option. Bielfeldt talked about the situation at the Tournament of Champions.
“They want me to be a preferred walk-on. They have told me I will probably have a scholarship if I go there my sophomore year if I red shirt. So that is a possibility.”

..It is always a possibility. My whole family has connections to Illinois. It is definitely a possibility.”

Bielfeldt is a tireless worker and tremendous rebounder at the high school level. He has a nice post game and brings toughness when he scores.
Tournament Director Shawn Powell awarded Bielfeldt as the best player to ever play in the Tournament of Champions.

Time will tell if Bielfeldt will take a preferred walk-on spot at Illinois, but he will make one school very happy when he chooses his collegiate destination."


Lots of talk about this on the Illini boards...but for the most part the consensus is that most Illini fans do not want Max as their post player of the future...
but that's OK...I'd love to see him at Bradley!!


On illini fan said he would like to see Crandall Head redshirt since he isn't getting playing time..
One probblem, though, is that Head has played and cannot redshirt now. He might have still been a candidate for a medical hardship if he gets injured...except.....
now Illinois has played 9 games, and they have 31 scheduled games...Head has playe din five of them -- so if he's gonna redshirt the injury would have to happen soon.

There's an interesting discussion on one of the Tennessee boards about Thad Matta and his recruit Aaron Craft being the ones who ratted on Bruce Pearl and who gave the photo that nailed Pearl to the NCAA - since it had to come from one of the players who was at Pearl's house, and everyone knows Craft was there and had the picture. There's not a whole lot of love for Thad Matta there....


Purdue's 3rd leading scorer John Hart out 6 wks stress fracture in the foot. The injuries are taking a toll there at Purdue...and since the PJS recently said you CAN use injuries as an excuse...you know Purdue fans are gonna do just that.


On one of the premium boards for Indiana -- a guy claims it is somewhat commonplace for Indiana high school game scorers -- to allow for a player to get credited for an assist even if the guy he passed to doesn't make the basket..
if that player was fouled and makes the first of his FT's ..

...apparently it is done in some places in the state, that then the passer gets an assist anyway...
This makes any assist total in the stat line of any kid coming out of Indiana...a little inflated!

Now -- despite all the panic every day in the press, a boatload of ex-Vice Presidents and Hollywood glamor-stars, and so-called "experts", and everyone-and-his-brother blaming every bad occurrence from ice storms to volcanoes to tsunamis all on GLOBAL WARMING...
then someone tell me this...

WHY is it that all these loud mouthed experts and activists can't get anyone to even give a crap what they are saying??

Gotta read this story for a good laugh...

I will venture some guesses as to why nobody cares...
Here are a couple guesses...

--the people hooting the loudest about all the global warming crap are blatant hypocrites, flying all over in their private Lear jets, driving their Hummers and limos, and making their $$ millions on the insider stuff they know about, all the while telling peons like you and me to drive electric roller skates and get a windmill.

--also, the people who claim to be the experts in this climate field have pretty much all been discredited and shown to be frauds -- mostly by their own words and admissions that they fabricated their data, and lies so they could make more profit themselves.
Also, even the honest ones are using falsified and irrelevant data -- all the while speaking down to you and me like we're total dopes and don't notice their stupidity and dishonesty.

--And the evidence is solid that the world HAS NOT warmed substantially for the past 15 years...unless you only want to use data from certain select areas of the world and deny the data from other places -- which is precisely what the frauds do!!

--Then, there's the fact that many of the most prominent warmer-promoters are also quite corrupt in other areas of their lives, it makes it hard to take them seriously!! They don't care about facts or what anyone else thinks, they just want to ram their agenda down everyone's throat!

But, here's an interesting thought...
Since half the world in uninhabitable because of COLD weather, while only 1/20th of the world is uninhabitable due to being a desert...
and since it's been said that a full 2/3 of all the world's fresh water supply is locked up - unusable - in ice and glaciers....
then wouldn't a little global warming actually help us?? How come I have never once seen a decent answer to that question..??
BTW-- do you know that many places in Greenland (now covered with ice and snow) used to be nice places to live, covered with lush greenery, and even demonstrating tropical - fern-like fossils all over...

So if it was a great place to live once, then surely a little warm spell could free up billions of acres of nice land there to live for those who are unhappy with the climate in Hollywood or Washington, DC!!


But here's actually the bigger international issue -- that literally half the world is either so stupid or so helpless to even figure out who is their nation's leader...
Trust me, none of these people give a crap about global warming...they just want the crooks, and corruption out of the government of their nation, and all global warming does is shift MORE money and more power to the radical thugs like these who'd kill to run their country so they can get a big chunk of the money that the warmer-people are shifting to the third world...
Get ready -- much more of this coming as more power and more money falls into the hands of the stone-age thugs and tyrants who trample on people to run these countries..
