Bradley has a closed scrimmage planned for October 31 at DePaul. This will count as an exhibition game with BU's other exhibition game being November 8 at the Civic Center as part of the season ticket package. The time of the game is not set but since there will be no need to accomodate spectators, it may be played during the daytime.

"The public is not invited and the coaches are not allowed to talk specifically about the scrimmage once it’s completed.
“We’re excited about it,” Les said. “It’s a chance to play a Big East team to see where we’re at. We’ll look at different combinations and I’m sure we’ll get a lot out of it.” "

Bradley also has added one more player to the roster, Charron Woods, from Florissant, MO, hwo played at St. Louis Metro.

The Bradley Braves' soccer team kept their fans up way past midnight last night as the Braves had to settle for a 1-1 tie (double OT) on national TV against Memphis as Memphis scored a late tying goal.
The all time biggest, record setting soccer crowd of 2,612 was loud and gave a big-time atmosphere, as well as gave a whole lot of BU students and local grade school and high school soccer fans a great reason to stay up late.
Here's the local report.

SIU's Bryan Mullins played his first exhibition game with his new French pro team, J.L. Bourg Basket, a pro team located in Bourg-en-Bresse, France. (Pro B)
In their first exhibition they played a higher tier pro team, Asvel (Pro A) and won 80-66, with Bryan getting 10 pts, 8 assists.
Today they play again against a tougher team, Chalon from the Pro A League, and their PG is Drew Neitzel.

Sam Maniscalco gets a nice mention on ESPN..
"And Don't Forget About These Guys, Either"
Sam Maniscalco, Bradley: The junior guard is one of the more overlooked players in the Missouri Valley. He has averaged 10.1 points in his two-year career, but has played in 74 games, tying him for the most games played in a two-year span by any MVC player. The 6-foot combo guard is already 10th in school history with 126 3s made. He'll once again be a big factor for the Braves, who spent 10 days in Brazil in August, going 4-1 on the trip."
