Yet another mob and riot in Peoria, this time injuring police and firefighters

More mob violence, but there's also the same odd twist to this story of the local newspaper simply not reporting the truth...You decide...here are the facts...

Just check this report from WMBD 1470 radio where this mob and riot story was the lead news story and hottest topic being discussed...

WMBD reports...
"What police describe as a riot injures one Peoria policeman and one firefighter ..""...hundreds of people...roads were impassable...the crowd became upset and turned the fireworks on firefighters and also police as officers arrived.
The crowd dispersed as police fired pepper balls and threatened them with arrest for unlawful assembly.
The incident affected those attempting to leave the fireworks because officers were called away from their traffic control posts to respond to the melee."

In fact -- two previous entries in this blog are linked HERE and HERE
..and you can see that this precise event was boldly predicted...

"Hmmm..this leads to a prediction -- if the initial response by cops and the press is any indication -- we have a dual problem --
We have angry teens in a large hateful mob plus we have local enforcement and reporting that think it's no big deal and that it never really happened -- guess what -- it'll happen again -- if you simply push this to the back burner it'll happen again...."

Doesn't everyone now agree.....after the last mob & riot was totally downplayed and ignored by the police and newspaper...this was inevitable...even easily predictable...

This incident last night on the 4th of July, was the talk of this morning's WMBD news show -- it was a MAJOR incident especially considering the tens of thousands of families and children who were right there downtown last night watching the fireworks display.
...and it should have been the lead story on the radio & broadcast news.
BUT the PJS, who admit it WAS a "major incident"...still bury this story on page 2 of the local section in a 2 inch snippet...
AND -- they literally lie ....saying incorrectly that no one was injured!

I find it interesting how hundreds of people who are rioting and attacking and injuring police and firefighters is so deceptively reported by the Journal Star as if nothing happened....
I can't wait to see what Phil Luciano has to say and who he blames for this news getting out...or who Barb Van Auken tries to blame for this story being reported.
Watch him downplay it as just people having fun with fireworks.....but of course, anyone living in Peoria knows full well that fireworks CAN KILL innocent people!!

It appears that the PJ Star got their entire story - their little tiny 2 inch blurb -- completely from some part of the Peoria police radio dispatchers' report.
Do they not have reporters any more -- do they NOT send actual warm bodies out to get their news? This is so sad on two fronts..
First that people find some lame cause over and over to riot...then we have police and print media who don't want anyone to know the truth about the "violence" of these "major mob incidents" and rioting. All I am asking is for the truth in reporting and stepping up efforts to protect innocent people and stop blaming the problem on the very people who call the police and report the mobs.
Hard to say where this is going to lead to but I have a very uneasy feeling about what's coming next....

In a separate story -- now the world's researchers are having to find some inventive way to alter facts about global warming -- and find an excuse for the egg on their collective faces ...so they come up with this ridiculous argument...
The recent global cooling is due to people in China burning coal...

Never mind that they've been burning coal for 250 years...and never mind that they really have to bend facts to make them fit their crumbling theory...but it's funny...
